Born in Bolu in 1974, Yal\u00e7\u0131nkaya began his career at a young age, receiving his first culinary training from his uncle at the age of 12. He worked as an executive chef in top-tier hotels and restaurants in T\u00fcrkiye. He also served as a gastronomy and kitchen coordinator on cruise ships in Germany and Qatar.<\/em><\/p>

  • In 2005, his biography and specialties were published in the famous American gourmet magazine \"CULINARY\" as a Trending Chef.<\/li>
  • In 2007, it was the first in T\u00fcrkiye to develop a personalized service concept, a minimalist and boutique approach to banquet services.<\/li>
  • In 2008, he founded a team called EUROTURK CHEFS CULINARY TEAM.<\/li>
  • Mehmet Yal\u00e7\u0131nkaya is one of the first to implement the Fusion Cuisine trend in T\u00fcrkiye.<\/li>
  • In 2010, she conducted gastronomy workshops under the auspices of the Ministry of Tourism of the Republic of Turkey. She has participated in many international organizations such as the Berlin Film Festival, Grune Woche, and the ITB Tourism Fair.<\/li>
  • She currently serves as a judge on MasterChef T\u00fcrkiye and writes a column for a newspaper.<\/li><\/ul><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

    Throughout his career, he has received numerous national and international awards. Some of these awards include:<\/p>

    • \"Silver Medal\" World Culinary Olympics \/ Captaincy of the Turculina Team, Turkish Culinary Federation<\/li>
    • \"Bronze Medal\" World Culinary Olympics \/ Euroturk Chefs Culinary Team Captaincy, Erfurt \u2013 Germany<\/li>
    • \"World Third Place in Category A\" World Culinary Olympics \u2013 Erfurt \u2013 Germany<\/li>

      She began her career in 1994 at the Bodrum Petunya Hotel and worked at various other hotels for the next few years.<\/em><\/p>

      In 2002, he served as Executive Chef at Elite World Prestige Hotel. He was also part of the opening teams for all other Elite World Hotels and most recently worked as the Kitchen Coordinator for Elite World Hotels. He was involved in the opening of MYK Restaurant, of which he is a partner, and he continues to manage it.<\/em><\/p>

      He has won various awards in international competitions.<\/p>

      He continues his work on modern Turkish cuisine and his own culinary interpretations. His work has also been featured on national television channels in T\u00fcrkiye. He is a member of the Turkish Chefs Federation and WACS-World Chefs Federation.
